Smoke Dogg Cigars: Return & Refund Policy

At Smoke Dogg Cigars, we take pride in the quality of our premium sticks. We want every puff to be perfect, but we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

  1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee - You may return most items within 30 days of receipt for a refund or store credit, subject to the following conditions:
    • Cigar Boxes & Bundles (20+ count): You may smoke up to one (1) cigar from the box. If you are not satisfied, return the remaining cigars in their original packaging for a full refund (minus shipping). If more than one cigar has been smoked, a pro-rated refund will be issued for the remaining unsmoked cigars.
    • Samplers & 5-Packs: These must be returned in new, unopened condition with all original cellophane and packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.
    • Single Cigars: Must be returned whole and unaltered. We cannot accept returns on single cigars that have been cut, lit, or partially smoked.
  2. Damaged or Defective Items - Cigars are handmade, delicate products. If your order arrives damaged (cracked wrappers, mold, or severe dryness) or if we sent the wrong items:
    • Notification: Please contact us at [Email/Phone] within 72 hours of delivery.
    • Evidence: We require photo evidence of the damage to process your claim.
    • Resolution: For verified shipping damage or defects, we will provide a pre-paid return label and offer a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost to you.
  3. Non-Tobacco Merchandise & Accessories
    • Humidors: May be returned within 30 days only if they have not been seasoned or used.
    • Accessories (Lighters, Cutters, etc.): Must be in original packaging with all tags and manuals.
    • Lighters: Due to shipping regulations, lighters must be emptied of all fuel before being returned.
  4. How to Initiate a Return
    • Request Authorization: Email [Support Email] or log in to your Smoke Dogg account to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
    • Pack Securely: Cigars must be packed with adequate cushioning (and ideally a humidity pack) to prevent damage during transit. Smoke Dogg Cigars is not responsible for items damaged due to poor return packaging.
    • Ship It: Affix your RA number to the outside of the box and ship to:

  5. Refunds & Processing
    • Processing Time: Once we receive your return, please allow 3–7 business days for inspection.
    • Refund Method: Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take an additional 3–5 days for your bank to post the credit.
    • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
  6. Important Exclusions
    • "Final Sale" Items: Clearance items and promotional "Daily Deal" packs are non-returnable unless defective.
    • International Orders: Returns on international shipments are handled on a case-by-case basis due to customs and tobacco import duties.
